About the Role
We’re looking for a warm, reliable, and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to help manage incoming leads, guide clients through booking, and support day-to-day front-end operations.

You will be one of the first people our clients interact with, so strong communication and the ability to build trust quickly is very important.

This is not aggressive sales, it’s about helping people, understanding what they need, and guiding them to the right service.

Responsibilities

* Respond to new client inquiries via phone, SMS, and email
* Guide potential clients through the booking process
* Recommend services based on client needs
* Follow up with leads who haven’t booked yet
* Schedule appointments and manage bookings
* Coordinate with cleaning contractors for smooth service
* Help resolve simple client questions or concerns
* Keep notes and communication organized
* Reporting

Requirements

* Excellent written and spoken English
* Comfortable speaking on the phone
* Friendly, warm, and professional communication
* Strong attention to detail and organization
* Able to manage multiple conversations at once
* Reliable and able to work US business hours
* Empathy
* Comfortable guiding clients toward booking (not pushy)

Nice to Have (Not Required)

* Customer support or sales experience
* Experience with CRM or booking systems
* Experience in service-based businesses

Working Hours
Monday – Friday
9:00 AM – 6:00 PM MST

Compensation

$1,000/month with monthly bonuses based on KPIs
* Full-time (40 hours/week)
