JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a high-performing manager to support daily operations across:

Business Consulting / Credit Repair / Business Funding
Marketing & Lead Generation

You will be responsible for execution, organization, outreach, and systems, with the opportunity to grow into a leadership position.

Who This Role Is For

You:
Have experience in credit repair, funding, or digital marketing
Can manage multiple tasks without constant direction
Are organized, detail-oriented, and results-driven
Understand how to generate leads and convert them into clients
Can eventually build systems and manage people

Core Responsibilities

1. Business Operations (Priority)

Manage day-to-day tasks across credit repair and funding operations
Assist with client onboarding, applications, and documentation
Maintain task tracking, reports, and execution logs

2. Marketing & Lead Generation

Post 3x daily across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube Shorts, etc.
Schedule content in advance (reels, testimonials, ---------- s, flyers)
Write captions and adapt viral content within the niche
Follow 100+ targeted users daily
DM 100+ prospects daily on Instagram
DM 100+ prospects daily on LinkedIn (business owners, entrepreneurs)
Research influencers and manage outreach campaigns
Create content plans and organize ideas using Canva

3. Sales Support & CRM

Schedule and manage appointments with potential clients
Follow up with leads via text, email, and DM
Build and manage automations, pipelines, and workflows (GoHighLevel preferred)
Assist with funnels, landing pages, and follow-up systems

4. Outbound Calling (IMPORTANT)

Call credit bureaus (TransUnion, Experian, Equifax, CFPB)
Follow scripts and document results from dispute calls
Contact clients for updates, payments, and customer support
Must speak clear, professional English

5. Systems & Content Creation

Create slideshows for webinars and courses
Build and format eBooks and digital products
Assist with funnel creation and optimization
Develop SOPs and internal systems for efficiency

6. Research & Strategy

Identify influencers and outreach opportunities
Compile lists for promotions and partnerships
Track performance and suggest improvements
Assist with budgeting and campaign planning

Growth Opportunity

Schedule

Monday – Friday
10:00 AM – 6:00 PM CST (Full-Time)

Daily Expectations

Submit a daily report of completed tasks
Track outreach, content, and performance metrics

Based on experience, reliability, and execution
