About the role:
This is not a traditional creative role. You won't be waiting on briefs or polishing decks. You'll be on the frontier testing new AI tools before anyone else, turning them into a real creative advantage, and raising the bar for what our brand looks and feels like.
You'll own AI-driven creative production end-to-end: product imagery, motion, localization, and the strategic thinking behind why we test what we test. If you're the person who finds a new tool and immediately thinks "here's how we could use this", this is your job.
What you'll do:
- Own AI tool testing and research
- Continuously evaluate emerging AI tools, build structured POVs on what to test and why, and report findings to the team with clear creative use cases.
- Create realistic AI product shots
- Use AI image tools to produce studio-quality product photography at speed — without a studio. Output should be indistinguishable from a high-end shoot.
- Turn static ads into short-form GIFs
- Animate existing static creative into 5–8 second GIFs using AI motion tools — extending asset life and expanding our ad format mix without extra shoot days.
- Translate ads into other languages
- Use AI translation and design tools to adapt static ads for new markets — maintaining visual integrity and brand voice across languages.
- Stay ahead of the curve. Bring ideas to the table. Tell us what tools are worth our time, what's overhyped, and what could actually change how we work.
You're the right fit if:
- You already use AI tools daily and have a strong opinion on which ones are actually good
- You have a creative eye. You know what "good" looks like and you won't settle for mediocre output
- You move fast. You'd rather ship a test today than perfect it next week
- You're obsessed with DTC, CPG, or performance marketing creative — you know what converts
- You communicate clearly. Your reports and recommendations are sharp, not vague
- You're comfortable working async and remotely — you don't need hand-holding to figure out what to work on
How to apply:
Send us your portfolio and a short note on the AI tool you think is most underrated right now and how you'd use it for a brand like Everyday Dose. Skip the cover letter. Show us how you think and what you can do.
