About the Role
We are looking for a confident and professional Appointment Setter / Sales Closer to speak with inbound leads for UK-based law firms.
These are warm leads who have already shown interest in legal services (e.g. divorce, family law, conveyancing, immigration). Your role is to guide them, build trust, and move them to the next step in the process.
This is not cold calling. You will be speaking to people who have already enquired.
What You’ll Be Doing
Calling and speaking with inbound leads (no cold calling)
Understanding their situation and asking the right questions
Building trust and making the lead feel comfortable
Clearly explaining the next steps in the process
Booking qualified appointments or helping move the lead forward
Following a structured call framework (training provided)
Handling basic objections and keeping control of the conversation
Updating notes and outcomes in the CRM
What We’re Looking For
Strong spoken English with a clear British Accent
Confident on the phone and able to guide conversations
Experience in sales, appointment setting, and closing
Ability to build rapport quickly with different types of people
Calm and professional, especially in sensitive conversations
Good listening skills (not just talking)
Reliable, organised, and consistent
Bonus (not required):
Experience working with UK, US, or Australian clients
Background in legal, real estate, or high-trust industries
Experience handling inbound leads

Pay Structure
Base salary: $650/month
Commission paid based on performance:
Per qualified appointment booked
Additional bonuses for high performance

Must be available during UK business hours
