JOB OVERVIEW

The Dinner Table Club is a fast-growing social dining company that hosts curated dinner parties across New York City, Los Angeles, Washington DC, Miami, and San Francisco. We bring strangers together over facilitated, seated dinners — and we've served 2,100+ guests across 200+ events.

We're expanding into a new channel: private and corporate dining events for companies and professional teams. We're looking for a detail-oriented, proactive Virtual Assistant to own the lead research and outreach execution for this channel.
This is a part-time, remote role. You'll work closely with the founder and report directly to him.

What You'll Do

Lead Research & List Building (60% of the role)
-- Research and build targeted prospect lists of companies in NYC, DC, LA, and Miami that are the right fit for a private corporate dinner (typically companies with 30–500 employees)
-- Identify and verify the correct decision-maker contact for each company — this is typically an HR Director, Head of People, Chief of Staff, Executive Assistant, or Office Manager
-- Find and verify professional email addresses and LinkedIn profiles for each contact
-- Log all data cleanly into a shared Google Sheet or CRM (we'll provide the template)
-- Prioritize companies that are in growth-stage industries (tech, finance, consulting, professional services, media) and likely to have active culture or hospitality budgets

Outreach Execution (40% of the role)
-- Send personalized outreach emails on behalf of the founder using provided copy templates
-- Manage follow-up sequences (typically 2–3 touches per prospect over 2–3 weeks)
-- Track open rates, replies, and outcomes in the lead tracking sheet
-- Flag interested leads to the founder immediately for handoff
-- Help draft variations of outreach copy and subject lines over time as we learn what converts


What We're Looking For
-- Proven experience in B2B lead research or sales support — you know how to find a decision-maker's contact info accurately and efficiently
-- Proficiency with tools like LinkedIn, Apollo.io, Hunter.io, or similar prospecting tools
-- Strong written English — outreach emails go out under the founder's name and must sound natural, warm, and professional
-- Detail-oriented and organized — clean list hygiene matters
-- Self-directed — we'll give you clear targets, but we need someone who can execute without hand-holding
-- Familiarity with Google Sheets is required; experience with a CRM (HubSpot, Notion, Airtable) is a plus

Nice to Have
-- Prior experience supporting outreach for an events, hospitality, or experiential company
-- Experience targeting HR, People Ops, or executive contacts specifically
-- Background in B2B sales support or SDR-style work


Logistics
-- Remote, async-friendly
-- Estimated 15-20 hours per week to start, with room to grow as the channel scales
-- Clear weekly targets (e.g., X new verified contacts added, X emails sent)
-- You'll communicate primarily via email and a shared Google Sheet

Compensation: $3/hr
