Growth Marketing Lead

We’re a growing VA staffing company looking for a Growth Marketing Lead to fully own and drive our marketing strategy.
This role is responsible for planning and executing the overall marketing direction strengthening our brand presence, expanding our visibility, and increasing inbound interest from ideal clients.

This is for a strategic builder, someone who can assess where we are, define where we need to go, and create a clear, structured roadmap to get us there. You will build the roadmap, define priorities, and turn strategy into structured execution.


Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and own the overall marketing strategy and roadmap
- Strengthen brand positioning and market presence
- Increase visibility across key digital channels (content, social, email, SEO, partnerships, etc.)
- Structured marketing plans with defined KPIs and milestones
- Identify opportunities to expand reach and attract qualified inbound interest
- Track performance metrics and optimize marketing efforts
- Build marketing systems and processes built for scale

Requirements:
- 3+ years in growth or digital marketing with proven results
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute strategy independently
- Strong analytical mindset with clear performance accountability and initiative
- Ability to plan, prioritize, and execute independently
- Experience in B2B, staffing, or agency marketing is a plus
