Sales Development Representative - Cold Calling

We're only hiring sales reps who speak fluent English. We want people who are hungry, confident, and not afraid to make cold calls. This role pays $6 USD/hour base plus 10% commission on every closed deal. Deal sizes range from $1,000 to $20,000, meaning a single close can earn you $100 to $2,000 in commission on top of your base pay.

What You'll Do:

- Make cold calls and send cold emails to business owners
- Book and run discovery calls (training provided)
- Close deals and earn commissions
- Manage your own pipeline and schedule

What You Need:

- A quiet room, computer, fast internet, and good mic/headset
- Confidence on the phone
- Strong English proficiency
- Experience in cold calling or sales (B2B preferred)
- Self-motivation and strong work ethic

Compensation:

- $6 USD/hour base pay
- 10% commission on every closed deal ($1,000 to $20,000 deal sizes)
- No commission cap
