Technical Mentor for Software Engineer (Azure / Backend .Net / DevOps / AI)

I am looking for an experienced technical mentor to help me grow as a modern software engineer.
My work spans several areas, including Azure cloud, DevOps and pipelines, backend development in C#, frontend development in Blazor, SQL/databases, Power BI, and AI integrations. Because the scope is broad and the pace is fast, I often focus on delivery and getting things done, but I want support in building deeper, real competence over time.

I am looking for someone who:
Has strong real-world software engineering experience
Has worked in larger companies and preferably also smaller/startup environments
Understands modern development workflows, including AI-assisted work
Can help me think clearly about what skills matter most today
Can guide me in building a practical learning plan
Has strong mentorship and communication skills
Is open to discussion, honest feedback, and long-term thinking

What I want help with:
Identifying my weak points and blind spots
Creating a realistic growth plan
Discussing how to work effectively in the AI era without losing technical depth
Reviewing my direction, habits, and career path as an engineer

This is more of a mentorship and advisory role than a coding role. I want someone thoughtful, experienced, and practical who can help me grow with clarity over time.
