8 fig ecommerce recruiter (ONLY A+ PLAYERS)

Details:
• Remote, full-time
• $500–$2600/month depending on experience
- access to 12000$ ecommerce course and SOP's
- A+ player team
- work directly with founder
• GMT 4+ timezone hours

We’re building Hikakai, a shampoo bar brand based on a 4,500-year-old Indian ingredient called shikakai. We’re scaling our team and need someone whose full-time job is finding A-players for us.

What you’ll do:
• Source candidates across LinkedIn, Upwork, ---------- , OnlineJobs.ph, and niche communities
• Run outreach, screen candidates, manage the pipeline
• Target: 3 successful hires per month
• Roles you’ll source: video editors, designers, copywriters, strategists, developers

What I’m looking for:
• Strong English communication (written + spoken) (if not we won't work with you!)
• Experience sourcing remote talent OR working in e-commerce/DTC (if not we won't work with you!)
• Disciplined, reliable, great at follow-up (if not we won't work with you!)
• Understands what “A-player talent” looks like (if not we won't work with you!)
