JOB OVERVIEW

Shopify Ecommerce VA (Automotive / European Cars Focus)

We’re looking for a highly capable and experienced VA to onboard as a long-term team member to join our ecommerce brand in the automotive space.

This is not an entry-level job. We are specifically looking for someone with real shopify e-commerce experience who already understands how an online store operates day to day.

This is also not your typical dropshipping role.

We’ve been operating for years, have an established customer base and consistent daily order volume. We’re now looking for someone reliable and switched-on who wants stable work, consistent hours, and room to grow with us long-term.

About the Role

Your main focus will be customer support and operations, working closely with our team to keep things running smoothly.

This includes:
• Responding to customer inquiries via Commslayer (email + support tickets)
• Handling order updates, tracking requests, and issue resolution
• Liaising with suppliers to follow up on orders, stock, and problems
• Keeping our internal systems organized (tracking, notes)
• Assisting with Shopify tasks
• Manual Orders
• Assisting with chargeback disputes on shopify
• Identifying recurring issues and suggesting better systems/processes

We are big on efficiency, clarity, so we want someone who doesn’t just follow instructions but actively looks for ways to improve things and can work independently and will work hard.

Automotive Requirement (Preferred)

We operate in the European automotive space, so a strong understanding or interest of cars is essential.

Skills & Experience

• Shopify / Ecommerce experience (essential)
• Customer support experience (essential)
• Strong written English
• Organized and responsive
• Experience with CRMs like commslayer
