We are looking for 1 reliable and fast-working individual to join our team as a Customer Response Agent.
Your role is simple:
Receive new leads from our system
Contact customers immediately (within minutes)
Follow a simple script
Send follow-up
Confirm the customer has received the message
This is a fast-paced role where speed = results.
You will be contacting UK-based customers, so clear communication and confidence are important.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor incoming leads daily
Call customers instantly when a lead comes in
Follow a simple script (provided)
Send
Confirm delivery of message
Update team/admin when tasks are completed
Requirements
Must have a mobile phone
Must have access to a Globe Telecom SIM card
Able to make international calls to the UK
Stable internet connection
Able to follow instructions exactly
Fast response time (very important)
Basic English communication
Pay & Incentives
$200/month base salary
Performance bonuses available
Bonuses based on:
Speed of response
Consistency
Results generated
High performers will be rewarded and may be offered long-term roles.
Working Hours
Flexible, but must be available during UK peak hours
Expected: 20–40 hours per week
