We are looking for a high-level operator who can take full ownership of our frontend funnel:
???? Product research ? Listings ? Store ? Conversion
This is not a beginner role.
You will be responsible for performance, team management, and scaling systems.

???? What You Will Do
• Manage and lead:
- Product researchers
- Product listers
- Store builders
• Monitor and improve performance:
- Conversion rate
- Product performance
- Funnel efficiency
• Analyze data from:
- Shopify
- Google Ads
- Google Trends
• Optimize:
- Product pages (CRO)
- Listings (Google-focused)
- Store structure
• Build and improve SOPs and workflows
• Work closely with media buyers
• Set up and optimize Klaviyo flows
• Make changes in Shopify themes and build stores
• Hire, train, and manage new tea ---------- mbers

???? Requirements (Read Carefully)
• 3+ years experience in dropshipping / e-commerce (REQUIRED)
• Worked in dropshipping in the past 12 months (REQUIRED)
• Experience with:
- Product research
- Product listings (Google Ads focus)
- CRO optimization
• Experience managing a team
• Strong understanding of:
- Shopify
- Google Ads basics
- Google Trends
• Experience with:
- Klaviyo
- Store building / themes
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, fast, and takes ownership

• You have no real dropshipping experience
• You only worked as a VA with basic tasks
• You need constant instructions
• You cannot make decisions independently
