About Us

We are a fast-growing Australian Building & Insurance Restoration company specialising in residential property claims. We work closely with insurers, adjusters, and homeowners to deliver high-quality restoration and building outcomes.

As we continue to scale nationally, we are seeking a high-performing Virtual Assistant / Claims Coordinator based in the Philippines to support our operations team.

About the Role

This is a critical coordination role supporting the end-to-end lifecycle of insurance claims. You will be responsible for managing workflows, liaising with stakeholders, and ensuring claims are processed efficiently and in line with Australian insurer requirements.

Key Responsibilities

Manage and coordinate residential insurance claims from intake through to completion

Process and update jobs via platforms such as Blueprint and/or Salesforce

Schedule technicians, assessors, and trades

Prepare and submit reports, scopes of works, and estimates

Communicate with insurers, adjusters, contractors, and internal teams

Monitor SLAs, job progress, and compliance requirements

Maintain accurate records, notes, and documentation

Assist with invoicing, variations, and claim updates

Mandatory Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

Proven experience in Australian residential insurance claims (essential)

Strong working knowledge of Blueprint and/or Salesforce

Experience working with builders, restoration companies, or insurance networks

Excellent written and spoken English (clear, professional, articulate)

Strong understanding of claims processes, scopes, and reporting

Preferred Experience

Background in restoration, construction, or insurance building

Familiarity with IICRC processes, make safe, and restoration workflows

Experience handling multiple claims simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Technical Requirements

Reliable high-speed internet (with backup connection mandatory)

Quiet, professional work-from-home setup

Ability to work 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Sydney time
