Accounts Associate

We are looking for twenty (20) Account Associates for the Construction and Fabrication sector, effective immediately.

Position: Account Associate - Construction & Fabrication
Employment Type: Full-time position

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Industrial) or Business-related courses (Marketing, Management, etc.)
• Background, knowledge, or strong interest in construction, fabrication, real estate, or infrastructure projects
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Client-focused with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Willing to conduct fieldwork, site visits, and client meetings
• Highly organized, proactive, and results-driven
• Proficient in MS Office and basic documentation/reporting
• With or without sales experience; training will be provided

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and manage client accounts within the construction and fabrication industry
• Source potential clients including developers, contractors, and project managers
• Present company services and assist in project proposals and quotations
• Coordinate with operations and technical teams for project requirements
• Monitor project progress and ensure client satisfaction
