ABOUT US

We are a female-led coaching business that has taught over 2,000 women a high-income and life-changing skill - empowering them to launch a new and exciting career.
Over the last 3 years our team has grown to 50+ people - we move fast, test bold ideas, and are on a mission to reach even more women with life-changing skills.


THE ROLE

We’re looking for an experienced video editor to own our visual content from start to finish.

** Your core responsibilities will include:

- Editing full-length YouTube videos (talking-head and tutorial formats - with some animations, B-roll, transitions) for our founder/creator
- Producing short-form video ads for paid advertising campaigns
- Creating engaging Instagram Reels and social content

You’ll have creative freedom to pitch new ideas, experiment with trending formats, and continuously raise the bar on quality.


REQUIREMENTS

*** Technical Skills
- Minimum 2 years of professional video editing experience
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects (non-negotiable)
- Confident with colour correction, audio cleanup, and mixing
- Strong graphic design eye - typography, lower thirds, transitions, and motion graphics
- Skilled at selecting music and sound effects that elevate the final product
- Ability to seamlessly integrate B-roll with smooth, polished transitions
- Sharp sense of pacing, timing, and narrative flow


*** Experience & Background
- Proven track record editing talking-head YouTube content for business owners, creators, or educators/ gurus
- Familiarity with current YouTube and short-form social media trends
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Bonus: if you have advertising or “direct response” knowledge and/or experience


*** Technical Setup
- A high-spec computer capable of handling 4K video editing workflows
- Fast, stable internet for downloading large files (backup connection is a plus)

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

Salary: PHP 40,000 – 70,000 per month (based on experience & skillset)
Schedule: Monday to Friday, Philippine timezone
