Role Overview
We are hiring a Junior Underwriting Analyst to prepare accurate and well-organized underwriting packages for senior risk leadership. This role focuses on financial statement review, data verification, and documentation, not final credit decisions.

Core Responsibilities
Collect and organize financial documents (financials, bank data, tax returns, A/R & A/P aging)
Review balance sheets, P&Ls, and cash flow statements
Calculate key metrics (Revenue, EBITDA, margins, debt ratios, ROAS, CAC/LTV)
Ensure data accuracy across systems
Prepare underwriting packages using templates
Coordinate with Account Executives for missing documents
Track progress in CRM tools
Requirements (Non-Negotiable)
3–5 years experience in fintech, banking, or credit card industry
Direct underwriting or credit analysis experience
Experience reviewing borrower financials in lending
Knowledge of risk ratings, credit limits, KYC/KYB, and compliance
Applicants without underwriting experience will not be considered.
Preferred
Graduate of Finance, Accountancy, or related field
Strong financial statement literacy
Ideal Background
E-commerce lending, merchant cash advance, or commercial credit experience; familiarity with ROAS, CAC, and LTV.
