JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing beauty business and digital education brand looking for a GoHighLevel specialist to help build, organize, and manage our backend systems.

This is not a basic virtual assistant role. You will be responsible for building and maintaining systems that drive leads, sales, and client experience.

You must be proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and experienced in GoHighLevel or a very similar CRM. You should be able to think in systems, not just complete tasks.

Core Responsibilities:

CRM and Pipeline Management
Build and manage pipelines inside GoHighLevel
Organize leads, opportunities, and client journeys
Maintain clean and accurate contact data

Automations and Workflows
Set up workflows such as missed call text back, follow-ups, and nurture sequences
Build and troubleshoot automations
Optimize systems to improve conversion and client experience


Email
and Lead Generation Systems
Build and manage email campaigns
Set up lead capture systems including forms, funnels, and landing pages
Assist with campaign execution such as “10 clients in 10 days” style promotions

Tracking and Optimization
Track leads and conversions
Pull basic weekly metrics
Identify gaps and suggest improvements

Executive Support (Systems Focused)
Organize business tasks within GoHighLevel or project tools
Support backend setup and ongoing improvements
Keep systems and projects moving forward

Requirements:
Experience with GoHighLevel or a very similar CRM
Strong organization and attention to detail
Ability to follow instructions and improve systems
Reliable communication

Application Process:

Record a Loom video answering the following:

Pipeline Setup
Show or explain how you would set up a basic pipeline in GoHighLevel for new leads, booked, completed, and follow-up stages

Automation Thinking
Explain how you would set up a missed call text back workflow and what steps you would include

Organization and Systems
Given tasks such as building email campaigns, outreach to partners, managing leads, and tracking follow-ups, explain how you would organize this inside a system

Step 2: Written Task

Write a simple follow-up message for a missed call lead

Hours and Pay:
Part-time to start with, opportunity to grow
Compensation based on experience
