GoHighLevel Expert – Funnels, Automations & Client Setup

We’re a fast-growing Australian digital marketing agency looking for a GoHighLevel (GHL) specialist to help us build and manage landing pages, funnels, and client accounts.

This is a long-term role with consistent work across multiple clients.

You will be working directly with the founder and team to build high-performing landing pages and manage backend systems.

???? WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

Build landing pages inside GoHighLevel (from templates or briefs)

Create funnels for Google Ads & Meta Ads campaigns

Set up and manage GHL sub-accounts for new clients

Connect domains, forms, calendars, and automations

Upload and format content (text, images, sections)

Ensure pages are mobile responsive and clean

Make ongoing edits and improvements to existing funnels

Assist with basic automation setup (forms, workflows, triggers)

???? IDEAL CANDIDATE

You should:

Have experience using GoHighLevel (this is REQUIRED)

Understand landing pages and conversion-focused design

Be fast, efficient, and detail-oriented

Be able to follow instructions AND think for yourself

Have good English communication

Be reliable and consistent (this is long-term)

? BONUS (NOT REQUIRED BUT HIGHLY VALUED)

Experience with Google Ads / Meta Ads landing pages

Experience with funnels and CRO (conversion rate optimisation)

Basic design skills (Canva / layout understanding)

Experience with WordPress or other builders

Starting from $5–$8 AUD/hour depending on experience

Opportunity to increase based on performance

Potential for full-time role

? HOURS

Part-time to start (20–30 hours/week)
