We’re a fast-moving UK promotional merchandise company working with major global brands. We are looking for a high-level Salesforce Admin who can go beyond basic admin and actively build, optimise, and automate workflows.
If you’re just doing data entry or basic CRM upkeep — this role is not for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Designing and building automated workflows in Salesforce
• Creating systems that reduce manual work
• Cleaning and structuring data for automation readiness
• Building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and pipelines
• Managing integrations (Apollo, APIs, third-party tools)
• Identifying inefficiencies and fixing them proactively

What We’re Looking For:
• Strong experience with Salesforce automation (Flows, Process Builder, etc.)
• Ability to think commercially, not just technically
• Experience building end-to-end CRM workflows
• Confident working independently and making decisions
• High attention to detail
• Excellent written English
