Salesforce Admin / Automation Specialist (Part-Time

We’re a fast-moving UK promotional merchandise company working with major global brands. We are looking for a high-level Salesforce Admin who can go beyond basic admin and actively build, optimise, and automate workflows.

If you’re just doing data entry or basic CRM upkeep — this role is not for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:
   •   Designing and building automated workflows in Salesforce
   •   Creating systems that reduce manual work
   •   Cleaning and structuring data for automation readiness
   •   Building and maintaining reports, dashboards, and pipelines
   •   Managing integrations (Apollo, APIs, third-party tools)
   •   Identifying inefficiencies and fixing them proactively

What We’re Looking For:
   •   Strong experience with Salesforce automation (Flows, Process Builder, etc.)
   •   Ability to think commercially, not just technically
   •   Experience building end-to-end CRM workflows
   •   Confident working independently and making decisions
   •   High attention to detail
   •   Excellent written English

Bonus (Highly Valuable):
   •   Experience with ---------- or outbound sales tools
   •   API / integration experience (Zapier, Make, etc.)
   •   Experience in sales-driven businesses

Scenario:
We generate leads via Apollo and import them into Salesforce.
The data is messy, duplicated, and not structured properly.

We want to:
   •   Clean the data automatically
   •   Assign leads to the correct salesperson
   •   Trigger follow-ups and tasks
   •   Track everything clearly in Salesforce

Your Task:
Explain briefly:
1. How you would structure this workflow in Salesforce
2. What automations (Flows/processes) you would build
3. How you would handle duplicate data
4. How you would assign leads automatically
5. What key fields and stages you would create

Bonus:
Suggest improvements or tools you would use
