Description
As a growing ecommerce brand, we are looking for an experienced, detail-obsessed Supply Chain Operations Manager who wants to own something that matters.
You will be responsible for ensuring our inventory model is accurate, purchase orders are placed and tracked with precision, and international vendor relationships are managed proactively. Your work will have direct, visible impact on the business, and you will report directly to the Head of Operations with full visibility into the decisions your data drives.

Essential Functions
Own the full-year PO planning process, calculating unit needs per SKU to ensure inventory never reaches zero
Translate PO needs into the Product Calendar, incorporating lead times across multiple international manufacturing partners
Serve as the primary point of contact for international manufacturing partners, maintaining consistent daily communication to manage production timelines, flag delays, resolve discrepancies, and ensure POs move through production, shipping, and arrival without gaps
Maintain and update the PO Log in ClickUp, including placement timelines, reminders, and status tracking through production, shipping, and arrival
Manage PO reception reconciliation — comparing ordered volume against received volume and reporting discrepancies to the Head of Operations and factory partners
Update inventory projection models to reflect real received quantities and flag any downstream impact on future POs
Surface potential out-of-stock risks proactively and escalate to the Head of Operations for decision-making
Coordinate with the warehouse team to verify incoming shipments align with what was ordered
Maintain familiarity with customs documentation including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and customs fee structures
Report twice weekly to the Head of Operations with structured updates on PO status, inventory projections, and any items requiring decisions or escalation
Competencies
Deep analytical capability, mainly in excel and google sheets, and comfort managing complex, interdependent data models
Exceptional attention to detail — this role directly impacts inventory levels and business continuity
Strong communication skills. Fluency in English language is a must
Strong understanding of international supply chain operations and procurement cycles
Experienced and confident managing direct relationships with international manufacturing partners — professional, proactive, and capable of holding vendors accountable across cultures and time zones
Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive workstreams independently with minimal supervision
Clear, professional, and proactive communicator across internal teams and external vendor partners
Highly organized with a systematic approach to tracking, updating, and escalating
Comfortable operating across multiple platforms simultaneously in a fast-moving environment
Genuine ownership mentality — treats inventory health as a direct reflection of their work
Education & Experience
Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree a plus; degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations is a huge plus.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or operations
Experience supporting a DTC or ecommerce brand is a must
Fluent in written and spoken English; Mandarin proficiency a plus
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and ClickUp required; familiarity with Shopify and Expeditors platform a plus
Direct experience managing international vendor relationships and PO cycles required
Familiarity with customs documentation (BOL, Commercial Invoices, customs fees) required
