LLM-Driven Senior Accountant / Bookkeeper

Location: Remote (Work From Home)

We’re looking for a Senior Accountant / Bookkeeper with real GAAP accounting experience and strong knowledge of LLMs like ChatGPT and Claude to improve accuracy, efficiency, and reporting.

Responsibilities:
-Handle full-cycle bookkeeping: AP, AR, reconciliations, and monthly close
-Keep financial records clean, accurate, and audit-ready
-Prepare financial statements, cash flow reviews, and forecasts
-Use LLMs to streamline workflows, detect inconsistencies, and improve reporting

Requirements:
-5+ years of accounting or senior bookkeeping experience
-Strong GAAP accounting background
-Excellent reconciliation and reporting skills
-Experience with QuickBooks, Xero, or similar platforms
-Strong English communication and attention to detail
-Practical experience using LLMs in workflows

Preferred:
-CPA or relevant certification
-Experience building LLM-assisted templates or processes
