We're looking for a rockstar Operations Administrator & Executive Assistant to join us full-time.

This isn't your average admin role — you'll be the organizational backbone of a hands-on, field-based operation, supporting managers, tracking jobs, and working directly alongside our owner.

Vane Lawn and Garden (VLG) is a fast-growing landscaping and lawn care company serving the Vancouver, BC, Canada. We build and maintain beautiful outdoor spaces — and now we need someone sharp to keep our office running just as smoothly.

What You'll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
Monitor daily field reporting, submit work orders, and perform file reports across client apps and websites — tracking all dates for billing
Support payroll prep, crew scheduling, and timesheet updates
Research and prepare bids weekly via bid websites
Manage incoming emails and flag action items for the owner
Order supplies, coordinate toolbox meetings, and maintain office organization
Keep client records, binders, and CRMs accurate and up to date

Non-Negotiables (Please read carefully):

Working hours: Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM

Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel, Google Docs, Google Sheets

Highly organized, discreet, and able to work independently

Professional communication — phone, email, and in person

Compensation: $5/hr CAD
