YouTube Channel Manager (Faceless & Animated Content)

Role Overview

We’re hiring a skilled YouTube Manager to create and manage faceless YouTube channels. You’ll handle everything from video creation to publishing and growth using tools like Canva, ElevenLabs, and animation software.

What You’ll Do
• Create faceless/animated YouTube videos (storytelling, explainer, etc.)
• Use Canva, ElevenLabs, and other animation tools
• Produce AI voiceovers and sync with visuals
• Upload, schedule, and optimize videos (titles, SEO, tags)
• Design high-converting thumbnails
• Create supporting social media visuals
• Research trends and suggest content ideas
• Track performance and improve views, CTR, and retention


Requirements
• Proven experience managing YouTube channels (especially faceless)
• Strong Canva/design skills
• Experience with ElevenLabs or AI voice tools
• Familiar with animation/video tools (e.g., CapCut, Pictory, Doodly)
• Understanding of YouTube SEO and growth strategies
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and meets deadlines
• Good English communication


Bonus (Not Required)
• Experience with multiple channels
• Scriptwriting or storytelling skills
• Experience in motivational, educational, or faith-based content
