We are looking for a reliable and professional B2B Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to contact businesses and introduce our services.
We pay base hourly rate + commission per booking.
Your main responsibility will be to speak with DMs and schedule appointments for our team.
This is a remote position requiring strong communication skills, discipline, and professionalism.
Must be available to work during EST Eastern Time (Toronto)
MUST have at least 1 year of experience in B2B cold calling.
Responsibilities
• Make outbound cold calls to businesses using a provided call list
• Introduce our services using a provided script
• Speak with decision-makers and gatekeepers professionally
• Schedule appointments with qualified prospects
• Update CRM / Google Sheets with call outcomes and notes
• Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups
• Additional time for data scraping and/or data entry may be required
Requirements
• Minimum 1 year of cold calling experience
• High motivation to work & succeed
• Strong spoken & written English communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with business owners and decision-makers
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace & an internet backup
• Organized and detail-oriented - worksheet organized
• Ability to follow scripts and procedures
• Must be available to work during Eastern Time (Toronto)
Work Schedule
• 4 hours per day, 5 times a week.
• Work must be performed during EST Toronto Eastern Time business hours
Work Setup

• Training and scripts will be provided
• Calls are monitored and recorded for quality assurance
• Time tracking software with screenshots is used during working hours
