Video Editor for Meta Ads

We’re looking for a video editor to create ads for our Consumer Brand to run on Meta (Facebook and Instagram). Our brand is in the food space, specifically ramen.

We are currently using footage from our Founder and UGC Creators to create edited ads with a contractor in the Philippines. We are looking to ramp up our volume and add a new perspective, with an additional tea ---------- mber.

We will begin with a few test videos, but we are looking to bring someone on with regular hours.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years editing high-performing ads for Meta (please share portfolio)
- C2 English
- Understand how to make a good hook
- Understand how to tell a story with video
- Ability to come up with their own concepts and write their own briefs
- Ability to execute well in editing based on a brief
- Strong communication and collaboration
- Ability to join occasional brainstorms US time (do not need to be online full US hours)
