We’re looking for a technical, detail-oriented Media Buyer who can execute, troubleshoot, and keep campaigns running smoothly.

THE ROLE
You’ll be handling the technical setup of Facebook campaigns and ---------- ---------- for our roofing clients. You’ll also manage ongoing actions to ensure clients are successful based on performance data and KPIs. We have weekly meetings to review what’s working and what needs improvement.

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

Setting Up New Campaigns
-Create Facebook campaigns in Meta Ads Manager (structure, targeting, budgets)
-Build GoHighLevel funnels, landing pages, and automations (templates provided)
-Set up lead tracking, forms, and ensure pixels are firing correctly
-Handle A2P 10DLC setup (SMS registration and number transfers) and technical integrations
-Make sure all systems are connected so leads flow correctly

Managing Existing Campaigns
-Check performance daily/weekly (CPM, CPC, CTR, cost per lead, booking rates)
-Flag underperforming ad sets and campaigns
-Deploy new creatives when ready
-Fix technical issues (pixel issues, automation failures, tracking problems)
-Keep accounts organized and documented

Weekly Meetings & Reporting
-Pull weekly data and organize it clearly
-Join weekly meetings to discuss account status and blockers
-Share honest feedback and improvement ideas
-Respond quickly to urgent issues
-When something breaks, you fix it or clearly explain what’s wrong

WHO YOU ARE:

Experience You Need
-1–2+ years of hands-on experience with Facebook/Meta Ads
-Strong GoHighLevel experience (funnels, automations, landing pages)
-Comfortable with technical setups: pixels, UTMs, API connections
-You understand CTR, CPM, CPC, cost per lead, and booking rates
-Experience with A2P setup is a plus

Nice to Have

-Familiarity with call recording tools (Fathom, etc.)
-Ability to analyze data, create action plans, and execute

WORKING ENVIRONMENT
Location: Fully Remote
-Type: Full-Time, Long-Term
-Hours: 40–40+ hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9AM–6PM EST
-Flexible Saturday Availability as needed (Occasional Saturday morning meetings (weekly if needed))
-Team: Media buying and operations team
-Meetings: Weekly check-ins + occasional strategy calls
