I’m looking for a short-form video editor to help me create high-quality Instagram Reels (30–60 seconds).

This is NOT basic editing.
I’m looking for someone who understands pacing, retention, and what actually keeps people watching.

- Fast pacing (no boring gaps)
- Dynamic captions (highlight key words)
- Subtle zooms / movement
- Occasional emojis or visuals (only if it adds value)
