We are looking for someone who understands how to increase visibility, drive traffic, and generate real leads — not just someone who completes tasks.
If you only follow checklists and don’t think strategically, this role is not for you.

About Us
Cardosa Development is a construction and real estate development company based in Tampa, Florida. We build custom homes and residential projects and are focused on growing our online presence and generating consistent leads.

About the Role
You will be responsible for improving our online visibility and helping us attract the right audience.
Your goal is to:
- Increase website traffic
- Improve Google rankings
- Generate qualified leads

Responsibilities
SEO (Main Focus)
- Keyword research (real estate + construction keywords)
- On-page SEO (titles, meta descriptions, structure)
- Optimize website content
- Improve site performance and indexing
- Implement local SEO strategies (Google Business Profile, local rankings)

Content Strategy
- Plan blog topics that drive traffic
- Optimize existing content
- Work with our team to publish SEO-focused content

Performance Tracking
- Track rankings, traffic, and performance
- Provide simple reports (weekly or monthly)
- Identify opportunities for growth
- Basic understanding of Google Ads or PPC
- Website optimization suggestions
- CRO (conversion improvements)

Bonus (Growth Tasks)
- Basic understanding of Google Ads or PPC
- Website optimization suggestions
- CRO (conversion improvements)

Requirements
- Proven SEO experience (please include examples)
- Strong understanding of Google ranking factors
- Experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms
- Ability to research and implement strategies independently
- Strong English communication

Tools You Should Be Comfortable Using
- SEMrush or Ahrefs
- Google Search Console
- Google Analytics
- Screaming Frog SEO Spider
- Keyword research tools (Ubersuggest, Keywords Everywhere, etc.)
- Basic CMS experience (Wix, WordPress, or similar)

Bonus
- Experience in real estate or construction
- Experience with local SEO
- Experience working with small businesses
