Instagram Content Posting VA (Google Drive + Scheduling Tool)

We are looking for a highly organised and reliable Virtual Assistant to help manage and schedule content across multiple Instagram accounts.

This is a simple but very important role within our company. Your main responsibility will be ensuring that content is uploaded, scheduled, and posted on time without errors.

You will be given clear step-by-step training and systems, so no previous experience is required. However, experience with content posting, social media scheduling tools, or Instagram management is a bonus.

Your Responsibilities

• Download content from Google Drive
• Upload and schedule posts using our scheduling software ( ---------- )
• Add captions to posts using our provided guidelines
• Ensure all posts are scheduled correctly and on time
• Keep track of content and posting schedules
• Communicate with tea ---------- mbers if anything is missing or needs fixing

Everything you will do will be taught through clear training materials and systems.

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

• Is very organised and detail-oriented
• Can follow instructions exactly
• Learns new systems quickly
• Communicates clearly with the team
• Is reliable and consistent with their work
• Has a stable internet connection

Bonus (not required):

• Experience as a content posting VA
• Experience using ---------- or other scheduling tools
• Experience managing Instagram accounts

Pay & Hours

• Starting rate: $3 per hour
• Part-time to begin with

Typical pay progression:

Month 1–2:
$3 per hour (training and onboarding phase)

Month 3–6:
$3.50 per hour as responsibilities increase

Tea ---------- mbers who perform well typically receive additional pay increases after the 3–6 month period, along with the opportunity for increased hours and additional responsibilities.
