C3 Studios is a remote post-production team supporting video production companies, agencies, and marketing teams. As we continue to grow, we are expanding into real estate photo editing to support our clients with fast, high-quality deliverables.

Our clients are primarily based in the United States (CST), and we operate with structured workflows to ensure quick turnaround and consistent quality.

Who We're Looking For

We are looking for a skilled Real Estate Photo Editor who can support us immediately for 3 days (Thursday to Saturday) due to temporary coverage needs.

This is a time-sensitive opportunity, with strong potential for a long-term partnership as we continue to grow this service.

The right candidate is:

-Proficient in HDR merging (a must)

- Experienced in real estate photo editing

- Highly detail-oriented with strong color correction and exposure balancing skills

- Reliable and able to meet daily turnaround deadlines

- Efficient and consistent in delivering client-ready images

- Comfortable working with structured workflows and deadlines

Employment Type

Project-Based (Immediate Need: 3 Days)
Potential for Long-Term Work Based on Performance

Schedule & Workflow:

-Photos are typically sent End of Day (CST)

-Work is completed during daytime in the Philippines

-Final edits must be submitted before or during the client’s morning (CST)

Example Workflow:

-Files received: 8:00 PM CST (9:00 AM PH Time)

-Editing window: Morning to afternoon (PH Time)

-Submission: 9:00–10:00 PM PH Time

Key Responsibilities
Photo Editing & Enhancement

Edit real estate photos to be bright, clean, and visually appealing

Perform color correction, exposure balancing, and white balance adjustments

Image Quality & Consistency

Ensure all images meet professional real estate standards

Maintain consistency across all images in a set

Turnaround & Delivery

Complete edits within the required same-day turnaround

Deliver client-ready images on time daily

Required Skills & Experience
Technical Skills

-Strong experience in Adobe Photoshop (required)

-Experience with real estate photo editing workflows

Editing Skills

-Exposure blending / HDR (preferred)

-Straightening lines and correcting perspective

-Sky replacement (if needed)

-Basic object removal / cleanup

Reliability & Speed

-Able to handle fast turnaround times

-Consistent and dependable during the 3-day coverage period

Communication

-Able to communicate clearly and provide updates if needed
