Sales development is foundational to the sustainable growth of our business. Each new conversation with a medical practice professional supports the development of the Treatspace platform.
As a Treatspace SDR, you play a pivotal role in both sales and marketing teams, while working closely with your Health Network Representative and reporting to the head of marketing. We are looking for a tenacious sales development professional who is driven by the hunt for new business and can effectively articulate the value of software in a succinct manner. You must have a proven track record with success in predictably booking meetings and exceeding goals month over month. What are the responsibilities of a Treatspace SDR?
Book qualified meetings, product demos, discovery calls, and face-to-face meetings with healthcare professionals for your Health Network Representative at a predictable pace
Develop messaging for plain text email cadences with the objective to book introductory calls with target prospects at each step
Nurture leads by sending relevant educational content developed by the marketing team
Collaborate with the marketing and sales team to develop targeted hit lists and customized approaches to primary care medical practices regarding referral management
Monitor your hit list’s level of engagement and ensure timely follow up with the hottest prospects (marketing qualified leads)
Qualify and establish rapport with inbound leads from the Treatspace website
Research target accounts and provide business intelligence and profiles of key decision makers to your Health Network Representative
Generate leads and add net new contacts to the database on a regular basis through outbound prospecting and targeted list building
Input and track progress, tasks, and activity in Zoho CRM
What experience, skills, and qualifications are needed?
Excellent verbal and written communication skills—must be comfortable on the phone, email, and Linkedin
Tangible experience in the healthcare field with a strong understanding of the U.S. healthcare space—specifically medical practices
High-level of organization and project management
Strong technical aptitude—comfortable working with any software product
Demonstrated success in tracking metrics and meeting daily, weekly, and monthly targets
Natural at tracking your sales activity and communicating it well with your team members
Experience working with a CRM, email marketing, sales development software, or marketing automation tool
2-4 years education experience (preferred)
BA or MA in health care (preferred)
Previous clinical, support, assistant, administrator experience is a bonus
