Storefront & Window Estimator (Takeoffs)

Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimator with experience in storefront and window systems to support our U.S.-based clients. This role focuses on accurate takeoffs and quantity extraction, requiring strong plan-reading skills and familiarity with glazing systems.

Key Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed takeoffs for storefront and window packages
- Analyze architectural drawings, specifications, and bid documents
- Prepare material quantity breakdowns and assist in cost estimation
- Coordinate with internal teams and clients to clarify scope
- Ensure accuracy and completeness of all estimates

Requirements:
- Fluent in English (written and verbal)
- Proven experience with storefront and/or window takeoffs
- Strong understanding of construction drawings and specifications
- Experience with takeoff software (e.g., Togal.AI, Bluebeam, PlanSwift, OST, or similar)
- High attention to detail and ability to work with minimal supervision

Preferred:
- Experience working with U.S.-based construction projects
- Background in glazing, façade, or aluminum systems
