Sales Support / Junior Sales Rep (Part-Time, Strong English Required)

We are looking for a highly professional Sales Support / Junior Sales Rep to support our growing advertising agency.

We work with SaaS companies, e-commerce brands, and other business owners. Your role will be to help us with sales communication and follow-up in perfect English, both written and spoken.

This role starts at +/- 10 hours per week, but we expect it to grow as we bring on more US clients.

You must be confident speaking with founders, business owners, and decision-makers. This is not a basic VA role. We are looking for someone who can communicate professionally, follow up properly, and represent our company well.

What you will do:

Reply to client and prospect emails in professional English

Send follow-ups by email, SMS, WhatsApp, and other messaging channels

Join and handle sales calls professionally

Speak with SaaS founders, e-commerce brands, and other business owners

Follow up with leads after calls

Keep communication fast, clear, and professional

Support our team in moving conversations toward booked calls and closed deals

Send clear summaries after calls when needed

What we are looking for:

Excellent spoken and written English

Comfortable on phone and video with US-based prospects and clients

Sales experience is required

Experience with agency sales, lead generation, appointment setting, or B2B sales is a strong plus

Confident, professional, and sharp in communication

Fast response times

Organized way of working

Comfortable working flexibly during US business hours

Able to work independently and represent the company well

Pay:

$6–$12/hour, depending on experience and skill level

Bonus structure will be added later
