Meta Ads + HighLevel Funnel Setup (Experienced Only – Fast Turnaround)

We’re a buyers agency in Australia looking for someone who knows their way around Meta Ads and GoHighLevel to build a lean, reliable automation that works every time and a properly connected funnel.
This is not for beginners.
We’re after someone who has already done this multiple times and can just get in, set it up properly, and move on.
Scope of Work: We will provide the video for meta ad and information for landing page.
You will: Set up a Meta ad using our video Build a clean landing page inside our HighLevel system (white label)
Connect the full funnel (Ad ? Landing Page ? CRM) Set up Meta Pixel and conversion tracking correctly and prove the pixel is working
Create a simple automation: Lead clicks Ad, books call or fills out form Instant text and email sent (we provide content + attachments)
Non-Negotiables: You have used GoHighLevel (or a white-label version of it) before You understand pixels, events, and tracking — not guessing.
You can work fast and hit a deadline.
You will record a short Loom showing how everything is set up
If you need hand-holding, this isn’t the right fit.
Timeline: Be available to start this Friday
Payment: Send your full quote for the completed job and how long you estimate it will take to get done.
