Senior Paid Media Specialist (Google Ads & Meta Ads)
Full-Time | Remote
We are seeking an experienced Senior Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns for established direct-to-consumer (D2C) brands. The role focuses on driving profitable growth through structured campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
The ideal candidate has a strong performance marketing background, understands how to scale campaigns while maintaining healthy ROAS, and has experience with European markets.
Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads
Continuously optimize campaigns to improve performance and profitability
Monitor key metrics such as ROAS, CPA, and conversion rates
Analyze campaign data and deliver clear performance reports
Collaborate with internal teams to align ad strategy with business goals
Manage and scale campaigns across multiple markets
Requirements
Google Ads Experience
Minimum 3 consecutive years managing large D2C brands at an agency
OR
Minimum 3 consecutive years working directly with a brand in bathroom accessories
Meta Ads Experience
Minimum 3 consecutive years managing large D2C brands at an agency
OR
Minimum 3 consecutive years working with brands in bathroom accessories or kitchen knife products
Performance Marketing
Proven ability to deliver measurable results
At least one case study demonstrating ROAS of 5 or higher
European Market Experience
Minimum 5 years running Google Ads campaigns targeting European markets
Hands-on experience managing campaigns in at least one European language, such as French, German, Italian, Spanish, or Dutch
Comfortable navigating ad platforms and campaign data in these languages
