We're a fast-growing digital agency looking for a creative video editor who lives and breathes short-form content.
What you'll be doing:
- Editing and producing short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts
- Staying on top of trends and formats that are actually performing right now
- Bringing your own creative ideas to the table, not just executing briefs
- Delivering content that stops the scroll and keeps people watching
What we're looking for:
- Proven experience editing short-form social content (portfolio required)
- Deep understanding of what works on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts, including pacing, hooks, and captions
- Creative and proactive, you suggest ideas, not just wait for direction
- Strong eye for trends, you know what's blowing up before it blows up
- Comfortable working fast and iterating based on feedback
Nice to have:
- Experience with motion graphics or text animations
- Understanding of content strategy or organic growth
