Real Estate Research VA – Property Data Collection (Sydney)

We are looking for a reliable Virtual Assistant to help with simple property research and data entry.

The job is to collect SOLD house data from websites and organise it into a Google Sheet.

This is a simple task, but it must be done carefully and accurately.

What You Will Do

Go to property websites:

Houses

Sold properties

Last 6 months

Collect property data

Enter the data into a Google Sheet

Areas To Research

You will research suburbs in Western Sydney such as:

Blacktown
Lalor Park
Seven Hills
St Marys
Penrith
Mount Druitt
Campbelltown
and surrounding suburbs

(Full list will be provided after hiring)

Data You Must Collect

For each property, enter:

Address

Sold Price

Sold Date

Land Size

Bedrooms

Bathrooms

Car Spaces

Property Condition (see below)

Days on Market

Street Type

Agent Name

Notes

Listing Link

Property Condition (Important)

You must look at the photos and choose:

Original / Unrenovated
Old kitchen, old bathroom, needs renovation

Partially Renovated
Some updates but still partly old

Fully Renovated
Modern kitchen, modern bathroom, looks new

If unsure ? choose Partially Renovated

Important Rules

Only use SOLD properties

Do not include properties still for sale

Do not guess any data

Leave blank or write N/A if missing

No duplicate entries

Keep the sheet clean and organised
