Now we’re looking for someone who can help run the behind-the-scenes and bring it to life online.

What You’ll Be Doing:

Life / Ops Side:
• Keeping schedules tight and organized (calendar, calls, timelines)
• Helping coordinate events, vendors, and moving pieces
• Handling emails, follow-ups, and making sure nothing slips
• Building run-of-show docs and keeping everything flowing

Content Side:
• Planning + posting content (IG, TikTok)
• Editing Reels/TikToks that actually hit
• Turning real weddings + events into content people save/share
• Writing captions that feel natural, not corporate
• Keeping the brand consistent, clean, and elevated

You’re Probably a Fit If You:
• Live on Instagram/TikTok (and actually get it)
• Are insanely organized but also creative
• Can take initiative without being micromanaged
• Have an eye for aesthetics, music, and culture
• Know how to move fast without dropping the ball
• Are cool under pressure (events get real, fast)

Big Bonus If You:
• Have worked in weddings, nightlife, or events
• Can shoot/edit content on iPhone or camera
• Know CapCut, Adobe, or similar tools
• Have helped grow a brand or personal page
