The Role
We are looking for a Paid Media Specialist to manage and optimize advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms
You will take ownership of campaign performance, analyze results, and implement strategies that drive measurable outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys testing, optimizing, and scaling campaigns while working closely with a collaborative team.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and manage campaigns across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max) and Meta Ads
Conduct audience, keyword, and competitor research
Monitor performance and optimize campaigns based on KPIs (CPA, ROAS, CTR, CPC)
Collaborate with the team to test ad creatives and messaging
Manage ad budgets to maximize ROI
Set up and maintain tracking (Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Meta Pixel)
Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights
Stay up to date with platform updates and industry trends
Requirements
1–3+ years of experience in paid media or digital advertising
Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with tracking and reporting tools
Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines
Good communication and collaboration skills
Nice to Have
Experience with lead generation or eCommerce campaigns
Knowledge of A/B testing, remarketing, and funnel optimization
Experience managing larger ad budgets
Google Ads or Meta certifications
