I’m looking for a Meta Ads Specialist with proven experience in service-based businesses (coaching, consulting, lead generation, webinars).
This is not an ecommerce role — I’m specifically looking for someone who understands how to generate qualified leads and registrations.
You’ll be helping drive registrations for this webinar:
This is a short-term project with strong potential to evolve into a long-term role managing ongoing funnels and launches.
What You’ll Be Doing
Set up and manage Meta ad campaigns for a webinar funnel
Optimize for cost per lead (not purchases)
Build and refine cold + warm audience strategies
Set up and manage retargeting campaigns (landing page visitors, non-converters, etc.)
Ensure pixel tracking and conversion events are correctly implemented
Test and iterate on ad creatives and copy
Monitor performance daily and optimize based on data
Provide clear insights on what’s working and how to scale
Important: Service-Based Experience Required
This role is for someone who understands:
-Lead generation funnels (not ecommerce sales funnels)
-Webinar registrations, booked calls, or opt-ins
-Longer consideration cycles and trust-based conversions
What I’m Looking For
Proven results running Meta ads for:
Coaches / consultants
Personal brands
Webinars or lead magnets
Strong understanding of:
Conversion tracking (Pixel + events)
Retargeting strategy
Funnel optimization
Ability to lower CPL while maintaining lead quality
Clear communicator who can explain strategy and decisions
Proactive and able to make recommendations (not just execute)
