Real Estate Virtual Assistant – Commission Based – Lead Generation / Negotiation / Closin

Tasks:
Find land or wholesale property leads
Pull owner data and motivated seller lists
Contact sellers by phone, text, or email
Negotiate deals and help follow up
Help move deals to closing
Use CRM tools, spreadsheets, and online research
Work with PropStream, BatchLeads, REIPro, DealMachine, Zillow, Redfin, or similar tools
Assist with skip tracing and owner contact research
Help build investor buyer lists / cash buyer lists
Track leads and organize deal flow
Tools / Experience Preferred:

No hourly pay — commission is guaranteed when deal closes

Real estate experience preferred
Must know how to find motivated sellers
Strong communication skills
Organized and serious
Able to work independently
Ability to find buyers a must!
Comfortable with lead generation and follow-up
