SEO & AI Search Growth Specialist — U.S. Law Firm

ROI Law Firm, a fast-growing real estate law firm in Washington State, is hiring an experienced SEO professional to drive qualified client leads from organic search and AI-driven discovery (Google, Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Perplexity, etc.).

This is not a content-posting role. We are seeking someone who can plan and execute a strategy that results in real consultations and retained cases.

Dominance in local search for target practice areas
Measurable growth in consultations and retained clients

Responsibilities

Strategy & Execution
Conduct full SEO audit and develop a growth plan
Identify high-value legal search opportunities
Optimize site architecture, pages, and conversion paths
Improve rankings for transactional keywords (e.g., eviction attorney, unlawful detainer lawyer, etc.)
Coordinate content creation aligned with search demand

Local & Authority SEO

Optimize and manage Google Business Profile
Build and clean local citations
Develop authority signals and high-quality backlinks
Monitor competitors and identify gaps
AI / Generative Search Optimization
Structure content to appear in AI-generated answers
Implement schema and entity-based optimization
Increase likelihood of being cited by AI systems
Track visibility across emerging search platforms

Technical & Analytical

Identify indexing, crawl, and site issues
Monitor rankings, traffic, and conversions
Provide clear reports focused on business impact

Required Experience

Proven success with SEO for U.S. service businesses (legal preferred)
Demonstrated ability to generate leads — not just rankings
Strong understanding of local SEO
Ability to communicate clearly in U.S. English
Experience with WordPress
High reliability and attention to detail

Strongly Preferred

Experience with law firm marketing
Familiarity with AI search and answer engines
Knowledge of schema markup
Understanding of E-E-A-T for YMYL topics
Conversion optimization experience

Compensation & Structure

Part-time to start (approximately 10–20 hours/week)
Rapid increase in hours for proven performance
