Faith-forward. Purpose-driven. Team Atmosphere.

About Ruah Creative House

Ruah Creative House is a faith-forward creative studio helping churches, Christian nonprofits, and values-aligned leaders communicate with clarity and excellence. We produce reels, sermon cuts, event promos, podcast clips, and social-first video content designed for real impact, not vanity metrics.

We are a small, fast-moving team and we are growing. That growth is exactly why this role exists.

What we're about:
- Purpose over hype: helpful, truthful, on-mission work.
- Systems that serve: we build things that work and train people to run them.
- Teamwork: clear briefs, quick feedback, zero drama. We grow people, not just projects.

Who we serve:
- Multi-site churches and ministries
- Faith-based coaches and communicators
- Community nonprofits and Kingdom-minded entrepreneurs

Why This Role Exists

Right now our owner is functioning as the creative director, account lead, editor supervisor, and project manager simultaneously. We need someone who owns the operational middle, the layer between client communication, editor execution, and delivery, so the creative work can stay creative.

This person is not a task-taker. They are a system-keeper. They make sure nothing falls through the cracks, editors always have what they need before they start, clients know where things stand, and finished work actually gets delivered.

Why Join Our Team
- Consistent, faith-aligned work
- A team that invests in your growth and gives you the tools to succeed
- Clear expectations and direct leadership
- Paid PH holidays + birthday off
- Real ownership of a critical function, not just task execution
- Room to grow as the agency scales

Probation: Paid 2-week onboarding at part-time hours. Transition to full-time upon successful completion.
Schedule: Flexible working hours with overlap required during US Eastern business hours. One weekly tea ---------- eting at 9 AM PHT.

Your Typical Week

- Make sure editors have complete project briefs and all assets before a project starts
- Manage revision rounds using a single consolidated note set rule

- Own distribution checklists so finished videos actually get published and delivered

Client and Asset Coordination:
- Run weekly client check-ins and status updates
- Build and maintain asset intake folders with clear client instruction sheets
- Chase missing footage, approvals, and sign-offs so projects don't stall
- Onboard new projects cleanly with briefs, timelines, and kickoff coordination

Team Communication:
- Serve as the communication hub between the owner, editors, and clients
- Translate creative direction into clear written briefs before work starts
- Flag risks early and propose solutions before they become delays

Operations Support:
- Manage client records and invoicing coordination in Dubsado
- Document processes as you learn them so the team can move faster
- Support event capture logistics as that service line grows

- Familiarity with faith-based or church clients
- Experience building SOPs and documenting processes
- AI tools and prompting knowledge

Our Culture

We are a faith-first team. That means the work is grounded in something bigger than metrics. We serve churches, nonprofits, and Kingdom-minded leaders, and we take that seriously. Faith alignment isn't a checkbox here; it's the foundation the whole agency is built on.

This role sits at the center of everything we do. You will be coordinating with church clients, faith-based nonprofits, and a team that genuinely cares about the mission. We need someone who understands that world, not just professionally but personally.
