Photoshop Artist for YouTube Thumbnails

We travel the world touring the most exquisite luxury assets on our YouTube channel, and our growing team is looking for a creative Photoshop artist to help design high-performing YouTube thumbnails. This is a part-time, long-term opportunity.

Requirements:
- Advanced Photoshop skills (compositing, lighting, color grading, retouching)
- Strong visual taste and attention to detail
- Good understanding of fonts and text placement on images
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and feedback across multiple revisions

Workflow:
- Join occasional live sessions around 8-9AM PH time via google meet.
- Work through multiple feedback rounds via email
- Paid every 2 weeks via Wise
