Marketing Automation & Outreach Specialist (GHL / N8N / AI Tools)

We are a growing marketing agency specializing in automated referral partner systems for established med spas. We are looking for a technically skilled, self-directed specialist who can independently build, manage, and optimize automations, AI workflows, and outreach systems.

What You’ll Be Doing
Automation & Systems (Core Focus)
? Build, test, and optimize GoHighLevel workflows, pipelines, and automations
? Build and manage N8N workflows to connect and automate tools across the business
? Set up and refine AI agents and AI-powered automations
? Test existing systems end to end and identify and fix issues
? Package GHL builds into snapshots for client deployment
? Build and maintain outreach sequences and follow-up automations in GHL and Instantly
Outreach Support
? Manage and execute daily outreach via social media and email
? Build and clean lead lists for med spa owners and referral partners
? Keep CRM pipelines organized and up to date in HighLevel and GroupTrack
? Move leads through pipeline stages correctly based on process and instructions
? Ensure follow-up tasks are created and nothing sits overdue
? Provide daily EOD reports summarizing outreach activity and pipeline updates
Tools & Campaign Support
? Manage email outreach campaigns in Instantly or similar tools
? Support testing and quality checking of automated systems
? Document workflows, automations, and processes clearly as they are built
Required Experience. These Are Non-Negotiable:
? GoHighLevel — independently building workflows, automations, pipelines, and snapshots
? N8N — building workflow automations and system integrations
? AI tools and agents — building and managing AI-powered automations
? Outreach tools — Instantly, GroupTrack, or similar platforms
? CRM and pipeline management — keeping leads organized and moving
? Social media outreach — executing daily messaging sequences
? Google Sheets / Docs — list building, tracking, and reporting
? Strong written English — clear, professional communication

Communication Expectations
Good communication is non-negotiable for me. If you are working on a given day I require:
? A check-in message when you start
? A message if you step away for an extended period
? A check-out message when you are done
? A brief daily EOD report summarizing tasks completed, messages sent, and any blockers
You must also commit to a fixed daily work block and communicate that block upfront. Consistency matters more than the specific hours.
Backup Connectivity Is Required
You must have a reliable backup internet connection or mobile data plan. Connectivity issues cannot be a recurring reason for missed work or communication.
