VA & Agency Growth Partner

I'm looking for an VA & Agency Growth Partner, not just a contractor.

I run a coaching and white-label agency built on GoHighLevel, helping clients automate their marketing, sales, and booking systems end to end. Right now I'm working with two clients and a non-profit, and I'm actively building out GHL for my own business while recruiting new leads.

Here's what the work looks like:
• Marketing & social media automation
• Funnel design and landing pages
• CRM, pipeline management, and AI integration
• Sales support and lead generation
• Reporting & Improving
• Tracking and Automation to grow business

I'm bringing someone in at 4 hours/day to start, with a clear path to 8 hours as we scale. You'd need to be available during West Coast US hours — somewhere between 8 am–9 pm PDT (roughly 10 pm–noon PHST).

I'm looking for someone who is expert-level in GHL, a self-starter, detail-oriented, and genuinely interested in growing with the business.

This isn't a task-taker role. I want someone who sees the bigger picture and wants to help build something.
