Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and placing qualified professionals across a wide range of healthcare and educational specialties.

This role requires excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. The successful candidate will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

Source, recruit, and screen qualified candidates for healthcare and educational roles, including but not limited to:

Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP)

Occupational Therapists (OT)

Behavioral Health Professionals (school counselors, social workers, psychologists, intervention specialists)

Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) / Registered Nurses (RN)

Paraprofessionals / Instructional Aides

Special Education Teachers (mild/moderate and moderate/severe)

CT Scan Technologists

X-Ray Technologists

MRI Technologists

Lab Technicians

Radiation Therapists

Emergency Room (ER) staff and Registered Nurses

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting, sourcing, and candidate outreach to interview coordination, offer negotiation, and onboarding.

Conduct candidate screening interviews and evaluate qualifications.

Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, clients, and internal teams.

Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant local and federal regulations.

Track recruitment activity and report key recruitment metrics.

Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and implement effective recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

2+ years of recruiting experience, preferably within healthcare, education, or staffing industries.

Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing strategies, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Strong problem-solving and time management skills.

Experience recruiting for U.S. or Canadian markets is a plus.
