Hi,
We are looking for a hands-on Social Media & YouTube Operations Assistant to help run and improve an active live-streaming and content publishing system.
This is not a passive role. We are looking for someone who can jump in, take ownership of day-to-day operations, and help keep everything running smoothly while we improve the system.
The project (Griffinheart) produces live music, comedy, and talk content which is streamed and distributed across multiple platforms including YouTube,
Current Daily Operations Include:
• Scheduling and managing livestreams via Restream
• Uploading and managing YouTube videos
• Publishing Shorts (high volume)
• Writing and updating video descriptions (including copyright and links)
• Ensuring Patreon and other monetization links are properly placed
• Organizing content, playlists, and general channel structure
• Monitoring streams and making sure everything runs correctly
What We Are Looking For:
• Someone who takes action quickly and does not wait to be told every step
• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with YouTube Studio and social platforms
• Able to follow direction but also suggest improvements
• Good communication (clear and direct)
• Reliable and consistent
Important:
This role is “learn by doing.” You will be stepping into an active system and taking over operations while improving them as you go.
If you are someone who prefers detailed step-by-step instructions before starting, this is NOT the right role.
If you are someone who can jump in, figure things out, ask smart questions, and get things done — this may be a great fit.
Hours:
To start: 10–15 hours per week, with potential to increase.
Compensation:
Based on experience. Starting range typically $4–6/hour.
If interested, please reply with:
Your experience with YouTube or social media platforms
A brief example of something you have managed or improved
Confirmation that you are comfortable jumping into an active system and learning on the job
Looking forward to hearing from you.
Sincerely,
Joe Griffin, Griffinheart Studios Inc.
