JOB OVERVIEW

We are a premier provider of executive and luxury furnished intermediate-term rentals in the Greater San Francisco Bay Area. We've spent decades delivering a hotel-quality “home away from home” for business professionals, relocating executives, and travelers from around the world. We manage fully furnished units across San Francisco and and are known for careful client screening, attentive service, and meticulously maintained properties.

We are looking for a warm, organized, and resourceful Tenant Services Representative to serve as the primary point of contact for inbound tenant and prospective tenant inquiries. In this role, you'll be the voice of our company — helping guests find their ideal rental, welcoming new tenants, and ensuring that every interaction reflects the high-touch, hospitality-first experience we're known for.

This is a relationship-centered role that requires both genuine people skills and strong attention to detail. You'll work closely with our leasing and operations teams to match prospective tenants with the right unit and to support current tenants throughout their stay.

Key Responsibilities:
• Respond promptly to inbound inquiries via email, and platfor ---------- ssages (Airbnb, Zillow, website, and others)
• Gather key qualifying information from prospective tenants: desired check-in date, length of stay, party size, pet details, and purpose of visit
• Match prospective tenants to available units based on their needs and our current inventory
• Clearly explain lease terms, including our 1–9 month furnished rental model, and set accurate expectations for prospects seeking longer-term leases
• Answer questions about what's included in rent: furnishings, utilities (with caps), WiFi, housekeeping, laundry, cable, and local phone
• Walk prospective tenants through the move-in requirements: first month's rent, security deposit, and cleaning fees
• Communicate pet policies accurately, including breed/size considerations and the one-time pet cleaning fee
• Coordinate with the leasing team to confirm availability and follow up on applications
• Answer FAQs about parking, gym access, roommates/guests, and payment methods

Qualifications:
• 2+ years of experience in customer service, leasing, hospitality, or a related tenant/guest-facing role
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple inquiries simultaneously
• Comfortable discussing terms with confidence and transparency
• High proficiency with email and basic CRM or inbox management tools
• Friendly, professional demeanor with a genuine service orientation
