Social Media Outreach VA

Overview
We're a gut health app (Get Regular) scaling a UGC creator program. We need a detail-oriented VA to find small TikTok and Instagram creators and send them a templated pitch daily. This is a volume role — speed, consistency, and platform-awareness matter most.

**What you'll do**
- Search TikTok and Instagram daily using provided hashtags and search terms to find active users with 500–10K followers who post consistently or have UGC in bio
- Send 100–200 outreach DMs per day using our provided template (no improvising)
- Log people contacted in a Google Sheet + Google form EOD to report how many DMed, how many responded, any issues, etc.
- Flag anyone who responds positively and hand off to us

**What we're looking for**
- Fluent English
- Experience with TikTok and Instagram (personal or professional)
- Comfortable with repetitive, high-volume tasks
- Reliable internet connection, available daily
- Bonus: prior experience with creator or cold outreach

**Hours**
~3-4 hours/day, 5 days/week. Flexible schedule, async communication.
